Who do our supporters contact if they have a query about their Everyday Shopping card?

For general enquiries they can either submit a query through our helpdesk online at: https://sainsburyscard.zendesk.com

Or call: 0800 883 8460

For cards that are lost or stolen:

If you have previously registered your card with Sainsbury's Corporate Gift Cards, you can report the card as lost or stolen 24 hours per day online.

Alternatively you can call the Sainsbury’s Gift Card centre on 0800 636 262 choose option 3 then option 4 to request that the card is blocked.

Opening times 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday 10am - 4pm. 

Once the card is blocked please login to your account online and click on the lost and stolen link and click request new card. We will issue a new card and instructions on how to activate the card. Once activated the frozen balance on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card within 5 working days which will then be ready to use.  

This is a cash card so it is essential that you contact us as soon as you are aware it is lost or has been stolen. Any funds spent on the card before this point cannot be refunded.
