If you have any issues with your Raise with Sainsbury’s card after the 27/02/2016 you can still contact our support team on 0800 883 8460.
If your card has been lost or stolen please contact the Sainsbury’s Gift Card centre on 0800 636 262 choose option 3 then option 4 to request that the card is blocked.
Opening times 8am-7pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday 10am - 4pm.
Once the card is blocked please login to your account online and click on the lost and stolen link and click request new card. We will issue a new card and instructions on how to activate the card. Once activated the frozen balance on the lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card within 5 working days which will then be ready to use.
